AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING CæMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVENBER
13, 1967, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 72-45 the folloWing described property BEl !lmj,,';
rezoned from \ LOCAL RETAIL to COIvlMERCIAL
described as follows:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying in North Richland Hills Addition,
Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being a portion of Lot 7, Block 4, North Richland
Hills Addition, Tarrant County, Texas as shown on plat recorded in Volume 388-1,
Page 72, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas and being further described by metes
and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a steel rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 7,
Block 4,; said rod being at the intersection of the North line of Glenview Drive
and the Northwest line of State Highway No. 121; THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes
West, with the North line of Glenview Drive, a distance of 125.0 feet; THENCE North
55.5 feet; THENCE North 48 degrees 00 minutes East, 144.9 feet to a point in the
Southwest line of Blaney Drive; THENCE 42 degrees oo,minutes East, with the Sout1J.;..
west line of Blaney Drive, a distance of 125 feet to a point in the Northwest line
of State Highway No. 121; THENCE South 48 degrees 00 minuutes West, with the North-
west line of said Highway No. 121, a distance of 89.2 feet to the place of beginning.
This property is located at the corner of Blaney and Grapevine Highway.
