AN ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND AOOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVDmER
13, 1967
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLI..CMING RECOMMENDATION IS

Improved driveways by reinforced concrete minimum 10 foot
width.
Submit design sections for drainage improvements within
easements for approval.
Perpetual maintenance agreements as covenants running
with land which provide for property owner maintenance of
such drainage improvements.
5. Easements provided where four drainage courses discharge
onto Tract A and route and profile of ditches necessary to
convey these discharges to a natural watercourse.
6. Corrected plat be Furnished the City by September 13:> 1971.
