AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IF SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH HICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING CO~~ISSION:
RESOLVED that on case PZ 13-45 the following described property ~/~~
rezoned from "CmUt1ERCIAL" to "Cm.nŒRCIAL SPECIFIC USE - OFF PREMISE SALE
OF BEER" described as follows: ALL that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being situated in CLEARVIEW ADDITION, 3rd. filing to the CITY
OF NORTH RICHLA~~ HILLS, Tarrant County, Texas, said tract or parcel
being a part of TRACT A, BLOCK 7, SAID CLEARVIEW ADDITION, and further
described as follows:
BEGI~~ING at the Southwest corner of said Tract A; said point being in
the East R.O.W. line of Farm-Market Road #1938;

~{ENCE North with said R.O.W. a distance of 75.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 125.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South a distance of 15.0 feet to a point in North R.O.W. line of

of beginning;
