Morris E. Riddle and wife and recorded in Volume 2573. Page 25. Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and further described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod in the Northwest corner of said Riddle tract;
THENCE East with North line of said Riddle tract and a fence. a distance
of 220.9 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE South 0 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 262.53
feet to a steel rod for corner in the South line of said Riddle tract;
THENCE North 89 degrees 51 minutes 25 seconds West, with fence, a dis-
tance of 215.8 feet to a nail in fence post for corner, the Southwest
corner of said Riddle tract;
