Resolution No. 2000-070
Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas that:
1.
The schedule of rates filed by TXU Gas on the 26th day of May 2000 are
hereby suspended until November 30,2000 for the purpose of providing time for
further study and evaluations of the said rates.
Passed and approved this 11 th day of September 2000.
