RESOLUTION NO. 2000-09
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
1.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the contract with Ben E. Keith Foods for
the annual food supply contract for NRH20, as the act and deed of the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of March, 2000.
