The City Council of the City of North Richland Hills will hold a Goals and
Planning work session on July 11 and 12, 2024 at the North Richland Hills
City Hall, 4301 City Point Drive, North Richland Hills, Texas 76180. The
work session will begin on July 11, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. and will conclude on
July 12, 2024.

2. GROUND RULES AND LOGISTICS FOR THE SESSION
3. REVIEW AND DISCUSS CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION

5. REVIEW AND DISCUSS CITY MISSION, VISION AND STRATEGIC
GOALS
6. DISCUSS SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM STRATEGIC
PRIORITIES
7. PUBLIC COMMENTS
An opportunity for citizens to address the City Council on matters which are
scheduled on this agenda for consideration by the City Council, but not
scheduled as a public hearing. In order to address the City Council during
public comments, a Public Meeting Appearance Card must be completed and
presented to the City Secretary prior to the start of the City Council meeting.
