A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, NOMINATING A CANDIDATE
FOR THE TARRANT APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF
DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, an appointed member of the Tarrant Appraisal District Board of Directors,
Mr. Alan Blaylock, has resigned his position; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Texas Property Tax Code Section 6.0301(f) each taxing
unit that is entitled to vote under Section 6.03 may nominate by resolution
adopted by its governing body a candidate to fill the vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The preambles to this Resolution are hereby adopted in their entirety and
incorporated herein as though set forth in full herein.
SECTION 2. The North Richland Hills City Council nominates the following for
consideration to serve on the Tarrant Appraisal District Board of Directors.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be effective from and after its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED on this 8th day of December, 2025.
