A. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor McCarty called the meeting to order November 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

A.1 INVOCATION
Mayor Pro Tern Deupree gave the invocation.
A.2 PLEDGE
Mayor Pro Tern Deupree led the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and Texas
flags.
A.3 PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no requests to speak from the public.
B. GENERAL ITEMS
B.1 APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 2025-045, CANVASSING THE RESULTS OF
THE NOVEMBER 4, 2025 SPECIAL ELECTION AND DECLARING THE
RESULTS OF THE CHARTER AMENDMENT ELECTION.

item before them this evening is to canvass the results of the November 4, 2025 Special
Charter Amendment Election. The agenda packet included a draft of the unofficial results
from Tarrant County. The city is in receipt of the official results from Tarrant County.

A MOTION WAS MADE BY COUNCIL MEMBER BLAKE, SECONDED BY COUNCIL
MEMBER ROBERTS TO APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 2025-045, AS PRESENTED BY
STAFF.
MOTION TO APPROVE CARRIED 6-0.
C. CITIZENS PRESENTATION
There were no requests to speak from the public.
D. EXECUTIVE SESSION ITEMS - CITY COUNCIL MAY TAKE ACTION ON ANY
ITEM DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION LISTED ON THE AGENDA
Mayor McCarty announced that City Council did not meet in Executive Session.
E. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor McCarty adjourned the meeting at 5:06 p.m.
