HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2026-017 RESOLUTION NO. 2026-017 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS; APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE ANIMAL ADOPTION AND RESCUE CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE; ESTABLISHING TERM; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, City Council appoints members of the public to serve on various boards, commissions, and committees; and WHEREAS, appointed members serve a two-year term, unless appointed to fulfill an unexpired term; and WHEREAS, board members are required to adhere to the attendance policy set out in the City's Code of Ordinances; and WHEREAS, each member serves until his or her successor has been duly appointed and qualified; and WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Animal Adoption and Rescue Center Advisory Committee and Park and Recreation Facilities Development Corporation, Place 3. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. That the recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Resolution. SECTION 2. The following members have been submitted for nomination and approved by a majority of the City Council.
