The Keep North Richland Hills Beautiful Commission of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas met
for a meeting on the 14th day of December 2025 at 4:30 p.m. in the front parking lot of City Hall.
A. CALL TO ORDER
Kathy Luppy called the meeting to order at 4:45 p.m.

B. DISCUSSION ITEMS
B.1 Judge the 2025 Christmas Lighting Contest
Judging of the Christmas lights began at 6:00 pm and ended at 10:00 pm. The following is
the list of winners:
Area 1: 4008 Diamond Loch E.
Area 2: 6908 Corona Dr.
Area 3: 4809 Fairway Ct.
Area 4: 7717 Bogart Dr.
Area 5: 8101 Emerald Hills Way
Area 6: 7520 Chapman Rd.
Area 7: 8913 Martin Dr.
Area 8: 8313 Oak Ct.
Area 9: 8132 Lost Maple Dr.
Judging by the Commission was based on arrangement, variety, and overall "WOW" factor.

Kathy Luppy adjourned the meeting at 10:00 pm.
