Chairperson Sally Bustamante called the meeting to order at6:3OP.k4. on March 27'2O25.
2. ROLL CALL
Sally Bustamante held roll call for commission members and present were Marvin Smith,
Gregory Hoffa'Renee Ihif|etSeptember Daniel and Eric Bales.
3.CITIZEN PRESENTATION
Sally Bustamante gave the public the opportunity to address the Civil Service Commission.
Leticia Espinoza informed Sally there were no citizens requesting tospeak.
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Leticia Espinoza informed the Civil Service Commission there were no citizens requesting to
speak.
5.APPROVAL OFMINUTES
Sally Bustamante requested approval of minutes for the Civil Service Commission Meeting on
February 27,2U24. September Daniel made the first motion,Gregory Hoffa made the second motion.
Motion was passed.
6. NOMINATION AND SELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR FOR 2OZ4
September Daniel nominated Sally Bustamante as chair, Gregory Hoff a made the second motion.
Motion was passed. Gregory Hoffa nominated September Daniel as vice-chair, Renee 3hiUet made the
second motion. Motion was passed.
7. REVIEW CITY COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT PROGRAMS
Patrick Hillis gave presentation on the City compensation and benefit programs.
