CALL TO ORDER
Chairwoman Kathy Antropik called the meeting to order on March 19, 2026, at 5:59 pm.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
This meeting had no public comments.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Ms. Smith moved to accept the minutes, Ms. Mitchell seconded, and the minutes were
unanimously approved.
LIBRARY DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Ms. Barham reviewed the library's key performance indicators from February 2026 and
answered questions.
REPORT ON PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
Ms. Barham reported on past Library event:
• Bot Battles on 2/28 from 10:00am-4:45pm: 50 people attended.
And upcoming events, including:
• Library Giving Day on 4/1.
• Behind the Book with author Yangsze Choo on 5/7 at 1:00pm.
• Behind the Book with author Lisa Wingate on 6/20 at 1:00pm.
• Behind the Book with author Riley Sager on 8/4 at 1:00pm.
PERSONNEL UPDATE
Haley Scott will be promoted to full time Librarian position in the Reference department and
Cathy McNeely will fully transition into her role as Outreach and Volunteer coordinator in
April.
NEXT MEETING DATE
The next meeting will be held on April 30, 2026 at 6:00pm.
