ORDINANCE NO. 317

AN ORDINANCE COHPLYING I'lITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AIŒNDIŒNTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILlS, TEXAS, PASSES, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COH-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILlS, NOVÐ4BER 13, 1967
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follaws:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at
7:30 P.M. April 23, 1970, to hear and determine the application of Mr. D.G.
Reames to rezone the following described property from its present classification
of "Agriculture" to a proposed classification of "Local-Retailll. Survey and field
notes for a tract of land out of the W.vl. vlallace Survey, Abstract No. 1606, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin in the East line of said W. W. \'¡allace Survey, 3867.5 feet
South of the Northeast corner of said survey, said point also being in the South
line of County Road #3011; THENCE South along the said East line and along a fence
242.3 feet to an iron pin in the North R.O.\'¡. line of State Highway #121; THENCE
South 520 25' West along the said North R.O.W. line 293.8 feet to an iron pin;
THENCE North 23° 26' West along a fence 462.8 feet to an iron pin in the South line
of County Road #3011; THENCE South 890 34' East along said South line and along a
fence 417.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 2.67 acres of land.
This property is bounded by Harwood Road on the North and Highway #121 on the South.
The Planning and Zoning Conunission with the following members present, Mr. Ray Porter,
Chairman, l'æ. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. John Sprott Jr., Secretary, Mr.
John Crawford, and Mr. James \'¡alker, voted unanimously in favor of reconunending ap- "
pro val of this zoning request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning Commission, there-
fore, reconunends the approval of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 70-
9.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 23rd day of April, 1970
