A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE KEEP
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION; ESTABLISHING
TERM; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, City Council appoints members of the public to serve on various boards,
commissions, and committees; and
WHEREAS, appointed members serve a three-year term, unless appointed to fulfill an
unexpired term or where the terms of office for the respective board are
either governed by state law, charter, or ordinance; and
WHEREAS, board members are required to adhere to the attendance policy set out in
the City's Code of Ordinances; and
•WHEREAS, each member serves until their successor has been duly appointed and
qualified; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Keep North Richland Hills Beautiful Commission,
Place 5.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby
incorporated into and made a part of this Resolution.
SECTION 2. The following member has been submitted for nomination and approved by
a majority of the City Council.
