AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDNŒNTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVErœER 13, 1967;
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:

ON CASE #PZ 70-12 the following described property is hereby rezoned from "Agri-
culture" to a proposed classification of IF-12¡ described as follows: FIELD NOTES
of a 2.9638 acre tract of land out of the T.K. Martin Survey, A-lOSS, Tarrant
County, Texas and being further described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING
at the intersection of the West R.O.W. line of Crane Road and the North R.O.W. line
of Martin Road, same being Southeast corner of J.L. Nowlin tract and Southeast
corner of a tract conveyed by N.L.Law to J.L. Sexton as recorded in Volume 1691,
Page 369, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 89 degrees 46 minutes
West along said North R.O.W. line of Martin Road, 330.2 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 1 degree 08 minutes West, 381.9 feet to a point for corner; THENCE
North 88 degrees 10 minutes East, 337.9 feet to a point in said West R.O.W. line
of Crane Road; THENCE South along said West R.O.W. line of Crane Road 391.25 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.9638 acres of land, more or less. This
property is bounded on the South by Martin Drive, and on the East by Crane Road.

·This Ordinance 1S passed as an emergency measure and that all rules requ1r1ng
more than one (1) reading of this Ordinance be suspended and the same shall take
effect immediately from and after its passage.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS ACTING
IN REGULAR SESSION HEREBY DECLARES THAT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN CASE NO.
PZ 70-12 IS HEREBY PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 22nd DAY OF June, 1970
