NOVJ, THEREFORE, THE FOLL01rHNG RECOMHENDATION IS SU1~nTTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILIS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING Cm1MISSION: ON CASE #PZ 70-16 the following described property is hereby rezoned from "IF-9" to a proposed classification of "Local-Retail", described as follows: Situated in the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a tract of land in the J.H.
