ORDINANCE NO. 326
AN ORDINANCE COVlPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND MvŒNDVŒNTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING CON-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967
DECLARING AN EHERGENCY
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".
NOVJ, THEREFORE, THE FOLL01rHNG RECOMHENDATION IS SU1~nTTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILIS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING Cm1MISSION:
ON CASE #PZ 70-16 the following described property is hereby rezoned from "IF-9"
to a proposed classification of "Local-Retail", described as follows: Situated in
the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a tract of land
in the J.H. Barlough Survey, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of College Circle and the West line of said
Barlough Survey, said point being 12.0 feet South 0 degrees, 02 minutes East from the
Southeast corner of the Lone Star Gas Company tract as described in deed recorded in
Volume 2046, Page 216, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE North
o degrees, 02 minutes West with the East line of said Lone Star Gas tract, 398.0 feet
to a point in the present South line of Watauga Road; THENCE South 80 degrees, 13
minutes East with said South line of Watauga Road, 139.98 feet; THENCE East with
said South line of Watauga Road, 780.85 feet to a fence corner; THENCE South 7
degrees, 00 minutes East with a fence line, 219.81 feet; THENCE East 87.0 feet;

THENCE South 188.0 feet to a point in the Westerly line of the College Hill Church
of Christ tract, said point being the beginning of a curve whose center bears West
320.82 feet; THENCE Southwesterly with said curve and with said Westerly line of
the College Hill Church of Christ tract, through a central angle of 47 degrees, 09
minutes, a distance of 264.01 feet to the end of said curve; THENCE South 47 degrees,
09 minutes West with said Westerly line of the College Hill Church of Christ tract,
71.8 feet to a point in said Northerly line of College Circle, said point being on
a curve whose center bears South 48 degrees, 54 minutes, 30 seconds West 920.26 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly with said curve and with said Northerly line of College Circle,
through a central angle of 48 degrees, 39 minutes, a distance of 781.34 feet to the
end of said curve; THENCE South 89 degrees, S8 minutes West with said North line of
College Circle, 107.88 feet to the PLiiCE OF BßGINNING, and containing 10.8477 acres,
more or less. This property is bounded on the North by Watauga Road, on the South
by Fort Worth Christian College Campus, on the East by College Hills Church of
Christ, and on the West by Lone Star Gas Pipe Line Easement.

This Ordinance is passed as an emergency measure and that all rules requlrlng
more than one (1) reading of this Ordinance is suspended and the same shall take
effect immediately from and after its passage.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS ACTING
IN REGULAR SESSION HEREBY DECLARES THAT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN CASE NO.
PZ 70-16 IS HEREBY PASSED & APPROVED THIS 13th DAY OF JULY ,
1970.
