AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AHEND1-ŒNTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILlS, NOVÐŒER 13, 1967
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body ma:y from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".
NOlo!, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOÌ'IHENDATION IS SUIJ.UTTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COlVJ1HSSION:
ON CASE PZ 70-19 the follovång described property is hereby recommended to be
a pproved to be rezoned fror:1- "IF-9 One Family Dwellingll to a proposed classi-
fication of "Corrunercial" described as follows: SITUATED in the City of North
Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being portions of Lots 27 and 28,
Block 2, Odell Addition, to the T01m of Smithfield, according to plat thereof
recorded in Volume 33-C, Page 68, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as follows: BEGIl®JING at the Southeast corner
of said Lot 28; TIlliNCE Hest with the South lines of Lots 27 and 28, 120.0 feet
to the SouthvTest corner of said Lot 27; THENCE North våth the Hest line of said
Lot 27, 148.9 feet, to a point in the Easterly line of Davis Boulevard (State
F.E. Highway 1938); TBENCE North 18°, 27 minutes East 1'lith said Easterly line
of Davis Boulevard, 96.0 feet to a point in the North line of said Lot 27, and
the South line of Odell Street; THENCE East with said South line of Odell Street,
and the North line of said Lot 27, 29.6 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot
27, and the Nortl1\'lest corner of said Lot 28; THENCE South i'lÌth the East line of
said Lot 27, and the West line of said Lot 28, 110.0 feet; THENCE East 60.0 feet
to a point in the East line of said Lot 28; THENCE South with said East line of
Lot 28, 130.0 feet to the PLAC1~ OF BEGnnUNG, and containing 0.446 acres, more
or less. This property is bounded on the Hest b~;Davis Boulevard, and on the
North by Odell Street.
