AN ORDINANCE COIIPLYING tHTH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AJ'IENDIŒNTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF TIΠCITY OF
NORTH RICHLA.ND HIIJS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLU·JNING AND ZONING COH-
rUSSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLA.ND HILlS, NOVEHBER 13, 1967
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
liThe governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established;
NOH, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOlHNG HECOl-JHENDATION IS SUBlUTTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHIAND HILIS BY THE PUNNING Arm ZONING COl{!USSION:
ON CASE PZ 70-20 the follmiing described property is hereby reco~nended to be
approved to be rezoned from IIAgriculture" to a proposed classification of
IICommercial described as follo"rs: FIELD NOTES of a tract of land out of the
David Loses Survey, A-1l50, Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described
by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING 445.06 feet North 0° 14 L1inutes 21
seconds East, and 25.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of said David Hoses
Survey; said Southeast corner also being the Southeast corner of 2nd tract conveyed
to Archie N. Gee, et ux, IIinnie Lee Gee, as recorded in Volume 1120, Page 273,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; said point being in the West H.O.ìI. line
of Precinct Line Road; THENCE South 89° 59 minutes 45 seconds West, 429.14 feet;
THENCE South 0° 00 minutes 15 seconds Hest, 170.0 feet; THENCE South 89° 59 minutes
45 seconds ìJest 1311.86 feet; THENCE North 34° 32 minutes West, 210.0 feet to a
point in the South R.O.H. line of the St. Louis-Southwestern Railroad; THENCE
North 55° 28 minutes East, along said South R.O.II. line of St. Louis-Southwestern
Railroad, 2264.34 feet to a point in the Hest R.O.v!. line of Precinct Line Road;
TllliNCE South 0° 14 minutes 21 seconds West, 1286.50 feet to the place of beginning,
