ORDINANCE NO. 333
AN ORDINANCE COHPLYING t/ITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND ANENDHENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COH-
l'GSSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOWIBER 13, 1967;
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
!!The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established!!.
NŒv THEREFOP.E, THE FOLLOvlING RECOlIHENDATION IS SUBHITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COJilMISSION:
ON CASE PZ 70-22 the following described property is hereby recommended to be
approved to be rezoned from !!Agriculture" to a proposed classification of
!!Local-Retail!! described as follows: BEGINNING at a point which is located South
89° 59 minutes 11 seconds West 426.72 feet and South 0° 00 minutes 15 seconds West
170.0 feet from a point in the West R.O.W. line of Precinct Line Road, said point
being 445.06 feet North 0° 14 minutes 21 seconds East, and 25.0 feet West of the
Southwest corner of said David Moses Survey, said Southeast corner also being the
Southeast corner of 2nd tract conveyed to Archie N. Gee, et ux, Minnie Lee Gee,
as recorded in Volume 1120 Page 273 Deed Records Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE
South 0° 00 minutes West 250 feet to a point in the North R.O.W. line of AMUNDSON
Road; THENCE South 89° 59 minutes 45 seconds West along said North R.O.W. line,
Amundson Road, 2046.32 feet to its intersection with the Southerly Right of Way
of St. Louis Southwestern Railroad; THENCE North 55° 28 minutes East along said
South R.O.W. line of said Railroad, 744.21 feet to a point for corner; THENCE
North 34° 32 minutes \vest 210 feet to a point for corner; THENCE 0° 01 minutes
15 seconds East and parallel with the North R.O.W. of Amundson Road, 1311.86 feet
to the place of beginning containing 11.437 acres of land more or less. This property
is bounded on the South by Amundson Road, on the East by Precinct Line Road, and on
the North by St. Louis Southwestern Railroad.
