Case PZ 69-8
The Planning and Zoning Connnission .r the City of North Richland Hills met at
7:30 P.M. March 27, 1969, to hear and determine the application of Richland
Enterprises, Inc. to rezone the following described property from its present
classification of "IF-9 One Family Dwelling" to a proposed classification of
"Multiple Family Dwelling". Blocks 2, 3, 11, and 12, Holiday North Addition and
being further described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of the
W.W. Wallace Survey, said point being South 89° 44' East 75 feet from the South-
west corner of the College Hills Addition to the City of North Richland Hills,
Texas; Thence South 89° 44' East 605 feet along said survey line to a point;
Thence South 14° 45' West 195 feet to a point; Thence South 18° 45' West 370 feet
to a point, said point being in a curve to the left; Thence along said curve with
a radius of approximately 440 feet in an Easterly direction a distance of 350
feet to a point; Thence South 19° 00' West 300 feet to a point; Thence South 4°
15' East 710 feet to a point; Thence South 50 ° 45' East 120 feet to a point;
Thence South 4 ° 30' West 190 feet to a point, said point being in a curve to the
right; Thence along said curve with a radius of approximately 300 feet in a
Northwesterly direction 175 feet to a point, said point being at the intersection
with another curve to the left; Thence along said curve with a radius of approx-
imately 370 feet in a Southerly direction a distance of 285 feet to a point;
Thence North 89° 38' \vest 320 feet to a point; Thence North 12° 45' East 280 feet
to a point; Thence North 40 15' 't'lest 1150 feet to a point; Thence North 17 ° 15'
West 700 feet to the point of beginning and containing approximately 19 acres of
land, more or less.. This property is bounded by College Hills on the North to
Tesco R.O.W. on the South.
The Planning and Zoning Connnission with the following members present, Mr. Ray
Porter, Chairman, Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, and ¥.r. John Crawf~rd, voted
unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this zoning request as àubmitted.
The Planning and Zoning Connnission, therefore, recommends the approval of the City
Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 69-8
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 27th day of March, 1969.

the Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 28th
day of, April , 1969, upon - first 'reading, with
7 ,Councilmen present and 6 Councilmen voting yes and 0
Councilmen voting no, and declaring an energency.
