Case PZ 69-9
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at
7:30 P.M. March 27, 1969, to hear and determine the application of Richland
Enterprises, Inc. to rezone the following described property from its present
classification of "IF-9 One Family Dwelling" to a proposed classification of
"Multiple Family Dwelling". Blocks 6, and 7, Holiday North Addition and being
further described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of the W.W.
Wallace Survey, said point being at its intersection with the West right of wa:y
line of Ross Road and also being the Southeast corner of the College Hills Ad-
dition to North Richland Hills, Texas; Thence South 0° 06' East 678.4 feet along
said West right of way of Ross Road. to a point; Thence North 89° 04' 30" West
684.9 feet to a point; Thence South 0° 37' 30" West 420 feet to a point; Thence
South 8<)0 30' 30" ì'lest 130 feet to a point; Thence North 0° 37' 30" East 775
feet to a point, the beginning of a curve to the right; Thence along said curve
with a radius of approximately 250 feet, a distance of 130 feet to the end of
said curve, said point also being at the intersection of a curve to the left;
Thence along said curve with a radius of approximately 1070 feet, in a Westerly
direction 360 feet to a point; Thence North 0° 16' East 160 feet to a point in
the South line of said W.v.l. Wallace Survey; Thence South 89° 44' East along said
South line of the Vfallace Survey 1160 feet to the point of beginning and contain-
ing approx:i.ma.tely 18 acres of land, more or less. This property is bounded by
College Hills on the North and Ross Road on the East.
The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present, Mr. Ray
Porter, Chairman, Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, and Mr. John Crawford, voted
unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this zoning request as submitted.
The Planning and Zoning Commission, therefore, recommends the approval of the
City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 69-9.

Councilmen voting no, and declaring an emergency.
