AND DECLARIN:ì AN EMERGENCY.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads 3S follovlS:
"The governing body 111:"JY from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established."
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONI:tìG COMMISSION:
Case PZ 69-10
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at
7:30 P.M. March 27, 1969,.to hear and determine the application of Richland
Enterprises, Inc. to rezone the following described property from its present
classification of It IF-9 One Family Dwelling" to a proposed classification of
"local-Retail". Blocks 1, and 2, Holiday North Addition and being further des-
cribed as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of the W.vl. \'¡allace
Survey, said point being South 870 52' West 240.2 feet from the Southwest corner
of the College Hills Addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Texas; Thence
North 870 52' East 240.2 feet to a point, said point being the Southwest corner
of College Hills Addition; Thence South 890 44' East 75 feet to a point; Thence
South 170 00' East 700 feet to a point; Thence South 40 15' East 1150 feet to a
point; Thence South ]2 0 45' West 280 feet to a point; Thence North 890 38' \"lest
570 feet to a point; Thence North 00 30' East 2604 feet to the point of beginning
and containing approximately 25 acres of land, more or less. This property is
bounded by College Hills on the North, extension of Holiday lane on the West, and
Tesco R.O.W. on the South.
The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present, Mr. Ray
Porter, Chairman, Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, and Mr. John Crawford, voted
unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this zoning request as submitted.
The Planning and Zoning Commission, therefore, recommends the approval of the
City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 69-10.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNnG AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 27th day of March, 1969.
