ORDINANCE NO. 262
AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING 1flITH ARTI CLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENLMENTS, SECTION 1 OF
ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED,
APPROVED, AND AOOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND
ZONI:r-n COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILL.S, TEXAS,
NOVEMBER 13, 1967.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from t.ime to time amend, supplement or change by
ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established."

The Planning and Zoning Cormniss:ion of the City of North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P.M.
on May 22, 1969 to hear and determine the application of Mr. J. J. Randol and
Mr. Jack D. Ho'.^¡ell to rezone the following described property from its present.
classification of ''IF-9 One Family Th..¡elline;" to a proposed classification of Lot 1\.-1
Local Retail, Lot A-2. Hultiple Family, Lot A-3 Multiple Family "rith one-story
dwelling and Lot A-1 containing 8.9 acres, Lot 1\.-2 containing 2.8 acres ,md Lot A-3
containine; 1. 96 acres of land. FIELD NOTE descriptions of the property is as follows:

That this Ordinance shall become effective on the 14 day of JUly, 1969 following
its passage and adoption.

Pyron, Vice ChairlTl8n, Mr. John Crawford, and Mr. ,Tames T.'Talker voted in
recommending approval of this zoning request. The Planning and Zoning
therefore, recormnends the approval of the ".:ity Council on Planning I3nd
