Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows: "The governing body may from t.ime to time amend, supplement or change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established." J. Randol and Mr. Jack D. Ho'.^¡ell to rezone the following described property from its present. classification of ''IF-9 One Family Th..¡elline;" to a proposed classification of Lot 1\.-1 Local Retail, Lot A-2.
