AN ORDINANCE CONPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED,
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 1.3, 1967
AND DECLARING AN EߌRGENCY.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".

OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONn~G COMMISSION:
CASE PZ 69-1(;
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met
June 26, 1969 to hear and determine the application of E.P. Haltom to rezone
the following described property from its present classification of "Agri-
culture" to a proposed classification of "2F-9 Two Family Dwelling". Part
of the R.P. Barton Survey, Abstract No. 175, situated in the City of North
Richland Hills, about 7 miles northeasterly from the courthouse in Tarrant
County, Texas, and embracinß a portion of the 703-58/100 acres tract conveyed
to Evanda P. Haltom by the deed records in volume 3185, page 627 of the
Tarrant County Deed Records. Beginning at a point in the east line of said
Barton Survey at its intersection with the north line of the right of way
for Glenview Drive, being 56-7/10 feet north from the southeast corner of
said survey. Thence north 89° 26 minutes west, along said north line of
Glenview Drive, 166-1/10 feet to its intersection with the east line of the
1-1/2 acres tract conveyed to lv.A. Blessing by the deed .recorded in volume
2790, page 104 of the Tarrant County Deed Records. Thence north 0° 34 minutes
east, along said east line of the Blessing tract, 258-3/10 feet to its north-
east corner. Thence north 89° 26 minutes west, along the north line of said
Blessing tract, 220-5/10 feet to its northwest corner. Thence south 0° 34
minutes west, along the west line of said Blessing tract, 258-3/10 feet to
its intersection with said north line of Glenview Drive. Thence along the
north line of G1enview Drive; north 890 26 minutes west 42-7/10 feet to the
beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of 676-2/10 feet, and then
along said curve to the right a distance of 2.33~.3/l0 feet to a point in the
west line of said Barton Survey. Thence north, along said survey lil1.e, lll2-
4/10 feet to the southwest corner of the 90-28/100 acres tract conveyed to
Lillian Randle Haltom in the deed recorded in volume 3186, page 631 of said
deed records. Thence east, along the south line of said 90-28/100 acres tract,
657-7/10 feet to a point in said east line of the R.P. Barton Survey. Thence
south, along said survey line, 1159-1/10 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 16-04/100 acres. This property is bounded by Glenview Drive on the
South and Dawn Street dead ends to Glenview on the South.

The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present, ~æ.
Ray Porter, Chairman, ~~. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, liT. John Sprott Jr.,
Secretary, and I~. ,John Crawford, voted unanimously in favor of recommending
approval of this zoning request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning Com-
mission, therefore, recommends the approval of the City Council on Planning
and Zoning Case PZ 69-14-
