CHANGES AND AHENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHIAND HTIJS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COl-f-
HISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEf:1BER 13, 1967,
AND DECLARIKG AN EMERGENCY.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
liThe governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOHMENDATION IS SUaUTI'ED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICH1A.ND HTIJS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COHlvIISSION:
ON CASE PZ 71-4 the following described property is hereby recommended to be
approved to be rezoned from "Agriculture" to a proposed classification of
IfIF-12 One Family DweUing" described as follows: Being a 6.0 acre tract of land
out of the John Condra Survey, A-3ll, Tarrant County, Texas, described '\)y metes
and bounds as follows: Beginning at a point in the West R.O.W. line of Douglas
Lane (County Road 113051); said point being 705.4 feet North of the Southeast corner
of Tract 1, as recorded in Volume 1760, Page 128, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
said beginning point being 682.9 feet North of the North R.O.W. line of Hightower
Drive (County Road #3066); Thence West, 819.3 feet to a steel rod in fence corner;
Thence North 0° 25 minutes West, with fence line, 318.96 feet to a steel rod; Thence
East, 819.0 feet to a steel rod in said West R.O.W. line of Douglas Lane; Thence South
0° 29 minutes East, along said West R.O.W. line, 318.96 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing 6.0 acres of land. This property begins 682 feet North of intersection
of Hightower Drive and Douglas Lane, and fronts Douglas Lane extending to the West
819 feet.

This Ordinance is passed as an emergency measure and that all rules requiring
more than one (1) reading of this Ordinance is suspended and the same shall take
effect immediately from and after its passage.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS ACTING
IN REGULAR SESSION HEREBY DECLARES THAT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN CASE NO.
PZ 71-4 IS HERE~. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 22nd DAY OF_ March, 1971
