AN ORDIN6..NCE AMENDING ORDII\IA.NCE NO. 159
LICENSING AND REGULATING OPERATORS OF
PRNATE AMBULANCES; REVISING SECTION
5 OF SAID ORDINANCE CONCERNING INSURANCE
REQUIREMENTS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 5 of Ordinance No. 159 is hereby amended
to read as fo 11ows:
An applicant hereunder shall file with the Chief of Police
of the City of North Richland Hills an insurance policy
with a reputable insurance company licensed to do
business in the State of Texas, providing minimum
liability coverage on all vehicles in the amount of
$50,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and
$25,000 property damage.
AN EMERGENCY IS DECLARED AND THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE ON AND AFTER DATE OF
ITS PASSAGE.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 14th DAY OF JUNE, 1971.
