HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0272 . . . ~ -, ORDINANCE NO. ;< 7 :z , AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDHENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI- NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM- MISSION AND THECITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows: "The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established". NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOU.OWING RECOMNENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: Case PZ 69-22 The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Hichland Hills met at 7:30 P.M. July 24 ,1969 to hear and determine the application of E. P. Haltom to rezone the following described property from its present classification of "Agriculture" to a proposed classification of "Multiple Family Dwelling'. Tract 1-NW: Part of the Wm. Trimble Survey, Abstract No. 1520, situated in the City of North Hichland Hills, about 7 miles northeasterly from the courthouse in Tarrant County, Texas, and embracing a portion of the 703-58/100 acres tract conveyed to Evanda P. Haltom by the deed recorded in volume 3185, page 627 of the Tarrant County Deed Records. Beginning at the northeast corner of the 116-636/1000 acres tract conveyed to Diamond Oaks Country Club by the deed recorded in volume 3478, page 321 of said Deed Records, and being in the south line of the right of way conveyed to Texas Electric Service Company by the deed recorded in volume 2042, page 479 of said Deed Records. Thence south 89 degrees 48 minutes east, along said Texas Electric Service Company right of way line, 480-1/10 feet to its intersection with the southwest line of the right of way for Glenview Drive. Thence southeasterly, along said street line, along a curve to the right whose center bears south 23 degrees 57 minutes west 841-97/100 feet, a distance of 548-3/10 feet to the end of said curve; and south 28 degrees 44 minutes east 955-1/10 feet. Thence south 61 degrees 16 minutes west 874-4/10 feet to a point in the east line of said Diamond Oaks Country Club tract. Thence along said tract line; north 15 degrees 51 minutes west 749-1/10 feet; and north 21 degrees 58 minutes west 974-3/10 feet to the place of beginning and containing 25 acres. This property is bounded on all sides by the property annexed from Haltom City. The Planning and Zoning Conmrission 1-lith the follO'¡,.fing members present r,[r. Ra;;r Porter, ChairJ11.an, r:r.
