AN ORDINANCE CONPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILlS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
1HSSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOmlBER 13, 1967
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by
ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established"
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOL¡..OWING RECŒ-mENDATION IS StJaUTTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLA.ND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING CONHISSION:
ON CASE PZ 7l-r¡ the following described property is hereby recormnended to be
denied to be rezoned from "IF-9 One Family Dwelling" to a proposed classi-
fication of "l'lultiple Family Dwelling" described as follows: Lot 7, Block 6,
and lot 6, Block 23, Clearview Addition. These lots are located on either side
of Joreen Drive and Haplewood Avenue.
DENIED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING CæMISSION THIS 27th DAY OF MAY .1971
