HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0354 ORDINANCE NO. ~ AN ORDINANCE CONPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI- NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILlS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM- 1HSSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOmlBER 13, 1967 Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows: "The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established" NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOL¡..OWING RECŒ-mENDATION IS StJaUTTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLA.ND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING CONHISSION: ON CASE PZ 7l-r¡ the following described property is hereby recormnended to be denied to be rezoned from "IF-9 One Family Dwelling" to a proposed classi- fication of "l'lultiple Family Dwelling" described as follows: Lot 7, Block 6, and lot 6, Block 23, Clearview Addition. These lots are located on either side of Joreen Drive and Haplewood Avenue.
