NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COH-
MISSION ArID T}Œ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVENBER 13, 1967
AND DECIARINJ. AN EMERGENCY.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
HThe govorning body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".

Case PZ 69-16
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at
7:30 P.ll. Ju1:¡ 24, 1969, to hear and determine the application of Richland
Enterprises, Inc. to rezone the following described property from its present
classification of HIF-9 One Farnily DwellingH to a proposed classification of
"Iíu1tiple Family Dt-relling". Commencing at a point in the South line of vI. vI.
l'lallace Survey, said point being at its intersection with the West right-of-way
line of Ross Road and also being the Southeast corner of the College Hills
Addition to North Richland Hills, Texas; Thence South 0°-06' East, 678.4 feet
along the Uest right-of-way line of Ross Road to a point; Thence South 0°-14'
West, 965.6 feet along the Hest right-of-'\'ray line of Ross Road to the point of
beginning of the parcel to be described; Thence South 00-14' ìiest 200 feet along
the Hest right-of -wa:y line of Ross Road to a point; Thence South 3 °-52' liest,
162.62 feet along the l1est right-of-way line of Ross Road to a point; Thence South
89°_48' Hest, 838.22 feet to a point; Thence North 0°-12' IJest, 479.92 feet to a
point; Thence North 24°-10' ì1est, 412.62 feet to a point; Thence North 72°-35'
East, 215 feet to a point; Thence South 34°-15' East 673.64 feet to a point;
Thence North 89°-50' East, 436.33 feet to the place of beginning and in all
containing 10.77 acres, more or less.
The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present, Hr. Ray
Porter, Chairman, IIr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Hr. John Sprott Jr. Sec-
retar;y, and IIr. ,James l'Ialker, voted unanimously in favor of recommending approval
of this zoning request as subrrlitted. The Planning and Zoning Commission, therefore,
recomTcends the approval of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 69-16
