AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING J¡,HTH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS~ SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HIIJ.S, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967
AND DECr~RING AN EMERG~GY.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein establishedll.

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
North Richland Hills met July 24, 1969 to hear and
determine the application of Richland Enterprises
Inc. to rezone the following described property from
its present classification of 1F-9 One Family Dwelling
to a proposed classification of 2F-9 Two Family Dwelling.
Commencing at a point in the south line of W. W. Wallace
Survey, said point being at its intersection with the
west right of way line of Ross Road and also being the
southeast corner of College Hills ðddition to North
Richland Hills, Texas; Thence S 0 -06' E, 678.4 feet
along the 5ight of way line of Ross Road to a point;
Thence S 0 -14' W, 1165.6 feet along the westorightof
way line of Ross Road to a point; Thence S 3 -52' W,
162.62 feet along the west right of way line of Ross
Road to the point of begiBUing of the parcel of land to
be described; Thence S 3 -52' W, 150.38 feet along the
westoright of way line of Ross Road to a point; Thence
S 89 -48' W, 786.11 feet to a poiBt; Thence N 00_12' W,
150 feet to a point; Thence N 89 -48' E, 796.77 feet to
the place of beginning and in all containing 2.73 acres,
more or less.
The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present,
lIr. Ray Porter, Chairman, lIr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, lIr. .John
Sprott Jr., Secretary, and lire James Walker, voted unanimously in
favor of recowmending approval of this zoning request as submitted.
The Planning and Zoning Commission, therefore, recommends the approval
of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 69-17
