ORDINANCE NO. 355
AN ORDINANCE COHPLYING liHTH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND ANENDHENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COH-
r.USSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHlAND HILLS,.t NOVEHBER 13, 1967,
AND DECLARING AN EMEKGENCY.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by
ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established"
NOT¡l, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECŒij1.1ENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLA~JD HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING CONMISSION:
ON CASE PZ 71-8 the following described property is hereby recommended to be
approved to be rezoned from "Agriculture" to a proposed classification of
"Commercial" described as follows: Being 12.90 acres of land out of the J.H.
Barlough Survey, Abstract No. 130, Tarrant County, Texas and described by metes
and bounds as foll()'tllS; BEGINNING at an iron pin 2600.0 feet South and 1257.6
feet Hest from the Northeast corner of the Franklin 1100ds Survey, Tarrant County,
Texas; THENCE East 3$0.5 feet to &.'1 iron pin for corner; TIŒNCE South 915.6
feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE i'lest 380.5 i:eet to an iron pin for corner;
