ORDINANCE NO. 356
AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILlS, TEXAS , PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING cæ-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHlAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967. AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Sectión 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by
ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
ON CASE PZ 71-9 tIle following described property is hereby recommended to be
approved to be rezoned from "Agriculture" to a proposed classification of
"IF-12 One Family Dwellingll described as follows: Being a tract of land out
of the John Condra Survey, A-311, Tarrant County, Texas, being further des-
cribed by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning 1024.36 feet North 00 29
minutes West of the Southeast corner of Volume 1760, Page 128, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas; said point also being j.n the Hest H.O.H. line of
Douglas Lane (County Iìoad #3051); Thence ìvest, 819.0 feet; Thence North 00
25 minutes West, 300.0 feet; Thence East, 818.7 feet to a point in said
West R.O.W. line of Douglas Lane; Thence 00 29 minutes East, 300.0 feet
to the place of beginning. This property fronts Douglas Lane at the inter-
section of Starnes Road.
