AN ORDINANCE COHPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AHENDHENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COH-
HISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILlS, NOVEJvIBER 13, 1967
AND DF.CLARINr: AN ~RGENCY.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".

NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOl¡lING RECOMMENDATION IS SUm-fITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
CASE PZ 69-1.~
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Pálls met úuly 24.,
1969 to hear and determine the application of Richland Enterprises, Inc. to rezone
the foll~nng described property from its present classification of Part of Mul-
tiple Family Dwelling and Part of IF-9 One Family Dwelling to a proposed classi-
fication of Local-Retail. Commencing at a point in the South line of W.W. Wallace
Survey, said point being at its intersection with the West right-of-way line of
Ross Road and also being the Southeast corner of the College Hills Addition to
North Richland Hills, Texas; Thence South 0°-06' East, 338.4 feet along the West
right-of-'\'laY of Ross Road to the point of beginning of the parcel of land to be
described; Thence South 0°-06' East, 340 feet along the West right-of-way line of
Ross Road to a point; Thence South 0°-14' West, 965.6 feet along the West right-
of-way of Ross Road to a point; Thence South 89°-50' West, 436.33 feet to a point;
Thence North 34°-15' \'lest, 673.64 feet to a point; Thence North 0°-37'-30" East
775 feet to a point; Thence North 15°-31'-19" East, 128.54 feet to a point; Thence
South 700-50' East, 435.19 feet to a point; Thence South 890-04'-30" East, 364.92
feet to the place of beginning and in all containing 22.86 acres, more or less.
The Planning and Zoning ComrLission with the following members present, Er. Ray
Porter, Chairman, TIr. Clarence P;yron, Vice Chairman, lIre ,John Sprott Jr., Sec-
retaI"J, and I'T. James Halker, voted unanimously in favor of recoffi17lending approval
of this zoning request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning Commission, there-
fore, recoJ11mends the approval of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 69-
