RESOLUTION NO. 99-36
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
1.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the contract extension with Advanced
Chemical Distribution for the contract to provide aquatic chemical supplies, as the act and
deed of the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 24th day of May 1999.
