ØRDlNANCE NO. 365
A N ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HIL.LS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING CON-
HISS ION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967,
AND DECIA.B.ING AN EMERGENCY.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"Tl1e governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by
ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".
NCM, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOV{ING RECOM1IÆNDATION IS SUa-fITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING C0M11ISSION:
ON CASE PZ 71-18 the following described property is hereby recommended to be
approved to be rezoned from IlLocal-Retailll to a proposed classification of
"Commercialll described as follows: Lot 2R, Block 23, C1earview Addition (Re-
vision or Tract A, Block 23). This property is North of Highway 121, and bounded
on the Northeast by Map1ewooci Drive, and on the Northeast by undeveloped resi-
dential property.

This Ordinance is passed as an emergency measure and that all. rules requiring
more than one (1) reading of this Ordinance is suspended and the same shall take
effect immediately from and after its passage.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS ACTING
IN REGULAR SESSION HEREBY DECLARES THAT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN CASE NO.
PZ 71-18 .IS HEREBY APPROVED THIS. 9th .DAY OF. August, 1971
