AN ORDINANCE COHPLYING 'VITTH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND ATTENDI'Œl\TTS, SECTION 1 OF orWI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RIClilAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
MID ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING A1ID ZONING CŒI-
NISSION AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RIClilAND HILLS, NO\IETBER 13, 1967, AND
DECLARIr-G AN EMERGENCY.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing bod;y ma;y from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".

The Planning and Zoning Com~ssion of the City of North Richland Hills met at 7:30
P.}f. August 28, 1969, to hear and determine the application of Janet Spencer to re-
zone the fol101áng described property from its present classification of "IF-9 One
Family ])¡.relling" to a proposed classification of "lIultiple Family Dwelling".
SITUATED in the Ci t;y of North Richland Hills, Tarrant Count;y, Texas, aJ1d being a
tract of land in the 11. H. Wallace Survey, Abstract No. 1606, and being more partic-
ularly described as follO\.,s: BEGINNING at a point in the North line of Haplevrood
Avenue, said point being 201. 9 feet South 89 0, 25 minutes l'!est along said North
line of lIaplevrood Avenue from the Southvrest corner of Lot 1, Block 21, of Rich-
land Terrace Addition to said Cit;y of North Hichland Hills; THENCE South 89°, 25
minutes Hest along said North line of Vaplet'lood Avenue, 517.6 feet; TIŒNCE North

This propert;y is bounded South of Janetta Drive, North of r::a.ple.'rood, and a portion
of the flood plan on the IJest.
The Planning and Zoning CO)'1Jnission Hith the fol101áng members present, T,'r. Hay Porter,
Chairman, Lr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, and I'r. John Cra1·rford, voted 3-0 in
favor of recornmendending approval of tlÜs zoning request as submitted. The Planning
and Zoninr; Commission, therefore, recor:1."'lends the anproval of the City Council on
