'OJ . . <, ~ ~ . , ORDINANCE NO. 279 AN ORDINANCE COHPLYING 'VITTH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND ATTENDI'Œl\TTS, SECTION 1 OF orWI- NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RIClilAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED MID ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING A1ID ZONING CŒI- NISSION AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RIClilAND HILLS, NO\IETBER 13, 1967, AND DECLARIr-G AN EMERGENCY. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows: "The governing bod;y ma;y from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi- nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established". NOlI, THEREFORE, THE FOLL01HNG RECŒ'TENDATION IS SUBlIITI'ED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILlS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING CQl.l1USSION: Case PZ 69-23 The Planning and Zoning Com~ssion of the City of North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P.}f. August 28, 1969, to hear and determine the application of Janet Spencer to re- zone the fol101áng described property from its present classification of "IF-9 One Family ])¡.relling" to a proposed classification of "lIultiple Family Dwelling".
