AN ORDINANCE COHPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND M{ENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
HISSION AND TI-ΠCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVÐŒER 13, 1967
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
liThe governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established:
NOV'I, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOìHNG RECOMMENDATION IS SUBHITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COlc1HISSION:
ON CASE PZ 71-24 the following described property is hereby reconnnended to be
approved to be rezoned from "Agriculture" to a proposed classification of
"IF-l? One Family Dwelling" described as follows: BEING a tract or parcel of land
out of the J.C. McComas Survey in Tarrant County, Texas and described by metes
and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point 804 feet South 00 22 minutes l.vest
and 230 feet North 850 25 minutes East of the Northwest corner of the J.C. McComas
Survey, said point being in the South line of County Road 3066. THENCE North 850
25 minutes East with the South line of County Road 3066, 307 feet; THENCE South
00 11 minutes West, 247 feet to a point in the North line Frankie Street; THENCE
North 890 54 minutes West with the North line of Frankie Street, 306.4 feet; THENCE
North 00 22 minutes East, 222 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.65
acres of land, more or less. This property is bounded by Frankie B Street on the
South, and by Hewitt Street on the East and North.

PZ 71-24 IS HEREBY APPROVED .THIS 27th DAY OF September .
