PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM- N:ISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967 Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows: "The governing body may from time to time amend, supplemant or change by ordi- nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established!!. NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLlOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: Case PZ 68-39 The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P.M. November 26, 1968 to hear and determine the application of Mr. James A. Arthur to rezone the following described property from its present classificatior of "Agriculture" to a proposed classification of "Multiple Family Dwelling". Field notes of a 37.2099 acre tract of land out of the L.C. Walker Survey, A-1653, Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Maude Arthur, as recorded in Volume 1146, Page 631, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE South 890 56 minutes 13 seconds East, 600.74 feet to a point; THENCE South 45° 12 minutes 58 seconds East, 869.39 feet to a point; THENCE South 44° 47 minutes 02 seconds West, 576.24 feet to a point; THENCE South 43° 00 minutes East, 300.22 feet to a point in the Northerly R.O.W. line of State Highway No. 121; THENCE South 440 47 minutes 02 seconds West along said Northerly R.O.W. 1073.65 feet to a point; THENCE North 36° 12 minutes 58 seconds West, 447.25 feet to a point; THENCE North 0° 01 minute 27 seconds West, 1642.98 feet to the place of beginning and containing 37.2099 acres of land, more or less. This property is located North of Highway No. 121 near the Tarrant County Jr. College. The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present: Mr. Ray Porter, Chairman, Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. James Walker, Mr. John Sprott, Secretary, and Mr. John Crawford voted 3-1 in favor of recommending approval of the zoning request.
