AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING tHTH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established".

NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLŒHNG RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HIUS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
Case PZ 69-32
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at
7:30 P.M. November 20, 1969, to hear and determine the application of Hunt
Properties to rezone 2.13 acres on the following described property from its
present classification of "Agriculture" to a proposed classification of "Local-
Retail". Situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being a tract of land out of the
t"lilliam Hann Survey, Abstract No. 1010, and being more particularly described as
follows: BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the centerlines of Rufe Snow
Drive and County Road No. 3036; THENCE North 89° 39' East along the centerline of
County Road 3036 a distance of 360 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 0° 04'
West a distance of 325 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 89° 39' West a
distance of 360 feet to a point for corner in the centerline of Rufe Snow Drive;
THENCE North 0° 04' East along said centerline of Rufe Snow Drive a distance of
325 feet to the place of beginning. This property is bounded on the West by Rufe
Snow Drive, and bounded on the North by Chapman Drive.
The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present, }~. Ray
Porter, Chairman, 11r. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, and }~. John Sprott Jr.,
Secretary, voted unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this zoning
request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning Commission, therefore, recommends
the approval of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 69-32.
