Case PZ 69-34
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at 7:30
P .1-1. November 20, 1969, to hear and determine the application of Hunt Properties to
rezone 27.36 acres on the following described property from its present classification
of flAgriculturefl to a proposed classification of fl2F-9 Two Family Dwellingfl.
Situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being a tract of land out of the William 14ann
Survey, Abstract No. 1010, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING
at a point in the centerline of County Road 3036, same being 685 feet East of the
centerline of Rufe Snow Drive; THENCE South 0° 4' West a distance of 750 feet to a
point for corner; THENCE North 89° 39' a distance of 1,000 feet more or less to a
point for corner in the centerline of the Lone Star Gas Company easement; THENCE
Southwest along the centerline of the Lone Star Gas Company easement a distance of
175 feet to a point for corner; THENCE at right angles to the Lone Star Gas Company
easement in a Southeasterly direction a distance of 325 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE at right angles to the above call and heading in a Southwesterly direction
parallel to the centerline of the Lone Star Gas Company easement a distance of 1,1.40
feet to a point for corner; THENCE East a distance of 150 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South a distance of 165 feet to a point for corner; THENCE West a distance of
180 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 610 30' West a distance of 330 feet more
or less to a point in the centerline of the Lone Star Gas Company easement; THENCE in
a Northeasterly direction along the centerline of the Lone Star Gas Company easement
a distance of 1,040 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South $9° 39' ~vest a distance
of 1,350 feet to a point for corner, same being 360 feet East of the centerline of
Rufe Snow Drive; THENCE North 0° 04' East a distance of 1,075 feet to a point for corner
in the centerline of County Road No. 3036; THENCE North 89° 39' East a distance of
325 feet along the centerline of County Road 3036 to the place of beginning. This
property is bounded on the North by Chapman Drive.
The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present, :t--Ir. Ray Porter,
Chairman, Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, and Mr. John Sprott Jr., Secretary,
voted unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this zoning request as sub-
mitted. The Planning and Zoning Commission, therefore, recommends the approval of the
City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 69-34.
