November 20, 1969 to hear and determine the application of Hunt Properties to rezone 16.9 acres on the following described property from its present classification of "Agriculture" to a proposed classification of "weal-Retail". Situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being a tract of land out of the Wi 11 i A.m Y.JB.ml Survey, Abstract No. 1010, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the centerlines of Rufe Snow and Watauga Smithfield Road; THENCE North 0° 04' East along the centerline of Rufe Snow Drive a distance of 870 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 89° 52' East a distance of 950 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 0° 04' West a distance of 870 feet to a point for corner in the centerline of Watauga Smithfield Road; THENCE South 89° 52' West along the centerline of Watauga Smithfield Road a distance of 950 feet to the place of beginning. This property is bounded by vlatauga Drive on the South and Rufe Snow Drive on the West. The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present, Mr. Ray Porter, Chairman, Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, and Yæ. John Sprott Jr., Secretary, voted unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this zoning request as sub- mitted. The Planning and Zoning Commission, therefore, recommends the approval of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 69-35.
