ORDINANCE NO. 238
AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 of ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONIIID ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHIAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as fo1101ATS:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established."
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITI'ED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNINJ: AND ZONIIID COMMISSION:

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Cit;¡r of North Richland Hills TJet
at 7:30 p.r. November 26, 1968 to hear and determine the application of lr.r.
Fhil 11eaver to rezone the follmfing described propert;r from its present
classification of IF-12 One Family Thvelling to a proposed classification of
Planned Develop::'1ent. 20 acres of land out of the H. if I . \Jallace Survey, Abstract
1606 Page 363, Volume 12, as follows: EEGIIJITING at a point 1346.2 varas North
and 5.4 varas :East of Southt1est corner of said survey, same being the Southwest
corner of tract of land ovmed by Rufe 3nm1 and the Nortln-rest corner of a 61-2/3
acre tract of land granted to J.H. Hardesty by partition judgment, District
Court, Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE East vii th the South line of Rufe Snmv 's
tract 282.3 varas to struce for corner (the same being most Easterly Nortmvest
corner of tract nm" ovmed b;y C.E. London); THEITCE South 0° 10 Lunutes East v,ith
most Easterl;y 'fest line of said C.E. London tract 399.78 varas; THE1JCE South 29°
27 :ninutes ~Iest vlith the most Southerly North line of said C.B. Iondon tract
271.44 varas to a point, the same being most Hesterly Northvrest corner of said
C.B. London tract; THENCE North along the !i:ast line of a public road 400 varas
to the Place of Eegiw1ing, containing 20 acres of land, more or less. Being the
sa~e property as conveyed to Jessie Ellen :Jeaver, etal by ~. Deavers, etux., in
Vol~~e 2283, Deed Records, Tarrant County, T~~s.
This property is located East of Rufe Snow Drive, bounded by Shauna on the North,
and Victoria on the South.
