AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING ì.\)JTH ARTICLE XXIX,
CHANGES AND A~~TS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TßXAS, PASSED,
APPROVED AND AOOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY
COUNCIL OF rm; CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
CASE PZ 68-15
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P. M. June 17,
1968, to hear and determine the application of
Mr. Clint Smith to rezone the following described
property from its present classification of Agri-
culture to a proposed classification of Multiple
Family Dwelling.
Being a portion of the W. W. Wallace Survey,
Abstract No. 1606 and being located in North
Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas and
being more particularly described by its metes
and bounds as follows, to wit;
BFDINNING at the Northwest corner of the "First
Tract" of that certain conveyance to Corinne B.
Jackson, et vir by Deed recorded in Vol. 3160,
Page 150 in the Deed Records of Tarrant County,
Texas;
THENCE South 89 degrees 38' East 3526 5/10 feet
to a point for corner;
THENCE South 14 degrees 40' West 795 5/10 feet
to a point in the Northwest ROW of Texas Electric
Service tract as Recorded in Volume 2821, Page
291 in the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 66 degrees 27' West along said ROW
line, approximately 1410 feet to a fence corner;
THENCE Westerly along said Fence line, approxi-
mately 2045 feet to a point in Rufe Snow Drive,
for corner, said corner being in the West line
of Wallace Survey;
THENCE North 0 degrees 15' East along the West
line of Wallace Survey, approximately 1360 feet
to the point of beginning, containing approxi-
mately 110 acres of land.

The Planning and Zoning Commission with the
following members present: Mr. Ray Porter,
Chairman, Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, and
Mr. John Crawford, voted unanimously in favor

of recommending approval of this zoning request
as submitted. The Planning and Zoning Commission,
therefore, recommends the approval of the City
Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 68-15.

second reading, with --1-- Councilmen present and 7 Councilmen
voting yes and 0 Councilmen voting no.
