ORDINANCE NO. 202
AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX,
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 O}l' ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967.

Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement
or change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or
the regulations herein established."
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING CO~mISSION:
CASE PZ 68-17
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P. M. June 27, 1968
to hear and determine the application of Lee Dan
Davis to rezone Lot 6 and South 40 feet of Lot 5,
Block 2 of the Jack M. Estes Subdivision from its
present classification of Multiple Family Dwelling
to a proposed classification of "Local-Retail".

The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following
members present; Mr. Ray Porter, Chairman, Mr.
Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. John Sprott Jr.,
Secretary, and Mr. James Walker, voted unanimously
in favor of recommending approval of this zoning
request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning
Commission, therefore, recommends the approval of
the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 68-17.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 27th day
of JUNE 1968.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, acting in regular session declares that
the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 12th day of August , 1968, upon second
reading, with 7 Councilmen present and 7 Councilmen voting yes
and 0 Councilmen voting no. ---
