Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows: "The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established." . NOV., THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: CASE PZ 68-19 The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P.M. June 27, 1968 to hear and determine the application of Dallas Associates, Inc. to rezone the following described property from its present classification of IF'-12 One Family Dwelling to a proposed classification of Multiple Family Dwelling. Being a 17.11 acre tract out of the L. C. Walker, and D. C. Manning Survey, Tarrant County, Texas. The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the L. C. Walker Survey, A-1653, and the D. C. Manning Survey, A-1046, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of a 29.379 acre tract as recorded on page 700 of Volume 4428 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particu- larly described as follows; Beginning at the North- west corner of said 29.379 acre tract, THENCE S o degrees 43' E along the west line of said 29.379 acre tract a distance of 919.66 feet to a point and being N 0 degrees 43' W a distance of 724.72 feet from the Southwest corner of said 29.379 acre tract; THENCE N 89 degrees 16' E a distance of 547.97 feet to the beginning of a curve having a radius of 721.18 feet; THENCE along said curve to the left a distance of 258.65 feet, THENCE N 0 degrees 21' W along the East line of said 29.379 acre tract a distance of 969.60 feet to Harwood Road, THENCE S 70 degrees 24' W a distance of 313.26 feet; THENCE S 89 degrees 53' W a distance of 510.95 feet to place of beginning, containing 17.11 acres of land more or less. . The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present: Mr. Ray Porter, Chairman, Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. John Sprott Jr., Secretary, and Mr. James Walker, voted unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this zoning request as submitted.
