AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING lHTH ARTICLE JOCIX
CHANGES AND AÞŒNDr1ENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILIS, NOVElc{BER. 13, 1967
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established:
NOW THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
ON CASE PZ 71-27 the following described property is he~eby recommended to be
approved to be rezoned from" Multiple Fa.mily Dwelling" to proposed classi-
fication of "Community Unit Development" described as follows: Being Block
42-B, Richland Terrace Addition. This property is located southeast of the
intersection of Maplewood and Cloyce Court. The plat, the typical floor plan,
and the elevations presented, hereby, become a part of the ordinance.
Above mentioned plans are on file in the official map file of the City.

HEREBY REZONED COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT THIS 10TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1972.
