AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX, CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI- NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM- MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVE~mER 13, 1967. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows: "The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established." . NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COßWISSION: CASE PZ 68-20 The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P.M. June 27, 1968 to hear and determine the application of Southwest Industrial Properties Inc. to rezone the following described property from its present classification of IF-12 One Family Dwelling to a proposed classification of Multiple Family Dwelling. Being a 7.59 acre tract out of the D. C. Manning Survey, Tarrant County, Texas. The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the D. C. Manning Survey, A-I046, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of a 29.279 acre tract as recorded on page 700 of Volume 4428 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and also being the Northwest corner of a 43.824 acre tract; THENCE N 70 degrees E a distance of 376.48 feet to the West line of Hurst City Limits; THENCE S 0 degrees 11' W along the West line of said Hurst City Limits a distance of 895.40 feet; THENCE S 58 degrees 16' W a distance of 268.69 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 721.18 feet; THENCE along said curve a distance of 131.54 feet to the West line of said 43.824 acre tract; THENCE N 0 degrees 21'W a distance of 969.60 feet to the place of beginning containing 7.54 acres of land more or less. . The Planning and Zoning Commission with the following members present: Mr. Ray Porter, Chairman, Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. John Sprott, Jr., Secretary, and Mr. James Walker, voted unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this zoning request as submitted. The Planning and Zoning Commission, therefore, recommends the approval of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 68-20.
