ORDINANCE NO. 206
M~ ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX,
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF' ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COM-
MISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement
or change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or
the regulations herein established."
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED
TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
CASE PZ 68-21
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
North Richland Hills met at 7:30 P.M. June 27,
1968 to hear and determine the application of
Southwest Industrial Properties Inc. to rezone
the following described property from its present
classification of IF-120ne Family Dwelling to a
proposed classification of "Local-Retail". Being
4.68 acre tract out of the D. C. Manning Survey
Tarrant County, Texas. The following described
tract or parcel of land situated in the D. C.
Manning Survey, A-I046, Tarrant County, Texas and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the Southwest corner
of said 43.824 acre tract and being N 89 degrees
54' E a distance of 286.1 feet and N 0 degrees
21" W a distance of 68.89 feet from the Southwest
corner of said D. C. Manning Survey; THENCE N
o degrees 21' a distance of 556.11 feet to a point
on a curve having a radius of 721.19'; THENCE
along said curve a distance of 131.54'; THENCE N
58 degrees 16' E a distance of 268.69'; THENCE
South 0 degrees 11' W along the West line of Hurst
City Limits a distance of 638.98' to the North line
of State Highway Number 121; THENCE along the
North line of said Highway Number 121 and along a
curve having a radius of 2866.83 a distance of
361.27 feet to place of beginning, containing 4.68
acres of land more or less.
The Planning and Zoning Commission with the follow-
ing members present: Mr. Ray Porter, Chairman,
Mr. Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairman, Mr. John Sprott
Jr., Secretary, and Mr. James Walker, voted unanimously
in favor of recommending approval of this zoning
request. The Planning and Zoning Commission, there-
fore, recommends the approval of the City Council
on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 68-21.

OF NORTH RICH LAND HILLS, acting in regular session delcares that
the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby
PASSED M~D APPROVED THIS 12th day of AUGUST , 1968, upon second
reading, with 7 Councilmen present and 6 Councilmen voting yes
and 1 Councilman voting no. ---
