ORDINANCE NO. 209

AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTI CLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED,
APPROVED AND AOOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RI CHLAND HILLS, NOV-
EMBER 13, 1967
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordi-
nance the boundaries of the districts or the regulations herein established."

NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
CASE PZ 68-22
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of North Richland Hills met at 7: 30 P. M., July
25, 1968, to hear and determine the application
of Mr. Henry H. Dickerson, Jr. to rezone the
following described property from its present
classification of Agriculture to a proposed
classification of Multiple Family I),relling:
Being a tract of land out of the R. P. Barton
Survey, A-175, Tarrant County, Texas, and being
further described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of a 10.0
acre tract conveyed by R. L. King to H. L.
Smith by deed recorded in Volume 2l141+, Page 534,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
Thence East along the South line of said Smith
tract, 702.5 feet to a point for corner;
Thence South 0 degree 04 m.inutes East, 1022.8
feet to a point for corner;
Thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes West, 702.5
feet to a point for corner;
Thence North 0 degrees 39 minutes West, 1"::.8
:'eet to the place of beginning, for a total of
16.5 acres of land more or less.
The Planning and Zoning Corrrrnission with the following members present: J1r.
Clarence Pyron, Vice Chairm.an, Mr. John Crawford and Mr. John Sprott, Jr.
Secretary, voted unanimously in favor of recommending approval of this
zoning request. The Planning and Zonin['; Commission, therefore, recorrnnends
the approval of the City Council on Planning and Zoning Case PZ 68-22.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 25th day of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICHLAND HILLS, acting in regular session declares that the recommendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby PASSED AND APPROVED THIS

men present and ~ Councilmen voting yes and 1 Councilmen voting no.
